Toyota Crown in Israel

The Toyota Crown is more than a car. In fact, this is a whole era, the oldest and still living Toyota sedan. It has been produced since 1955 and is primarily a full-size luxury sedan, although it was offered as a coupe, pickup or estate early throughout its long life. Interestingly, the car, transporting high-ranking passengers for decades and millions of kilometers around the world, was originally developed as a taxi. The modern Crown is a beautiful 15th generation sedan that shares a platform with the Lexus LC and LS models, has a recognizable “face” and a sloping rear end, features a 2-liter turbocharged gasoline engine or one of two hybrid systems based on 2.5-liter or 3.5-liter V6 engines.
