Toyota HiAce in Israel

The Toyota HiAce is a large and friendly family of vans and minibuses produced since 1982. The model is sold in 150 countries of the world. It was very popular and reliable: the third generation has been on the assembly line for almost 15 years. The new sixth generation Hiace was introduced in February 2019. The vehicle was initially created with an eye on export markets, primarily developing countries. For the first time, the vehicle featured a half-hood layout instead of a cabover design. The model was equipped with 3.5-liter gasoline engines or 2.8-liter diesel engines, paired with 6-speed manual or automatic gearboxes. There are traditionally a lot of versions: 9 cargo van versions or passenger models with a capacity of up to 17 seats.
