WM Motors is a young Chinese electric vehicle brand headquartered in Shanghai. Founded in 2015 by a businessman named Freeman Shen, a former top manager of Volvo and Geely. His goal is "to make a truly mass product, not a luxury toy for the rich." Ambitious plans are included even in the name of the brand: WM is derived from the German word Weltmeister, which means “world champion”. Today, the company operates a plant with a full production capacity of 100,000 vehicles per year, a technical center in Germany, and divisions in Beijing and Chengdu. Veltmeister electric vehicles have undergone full European standardization and should appear in Israel in the near future. Externally, they are distinguished by a minimalist style, strict lines and precise aerodynamics. The equipment is generous in Chinese style: large-format screens with voice control and an almost complete set of advanced security systems. Based on the stated plans, prices are expected to be more than moderate. Read the article
