The nozzles may need to be repaired in case of rough engine operation and reduced thrust. The procedure for repairing nozzles is different for cars of different brands and models. Most often, the mechanical section of the nozzle is susceptible to damage, or sometimes its electrical elements. Ball valve seat smearing is the most common problem. It is also common for the needle/spray pair to become faulty. Repair of a nozzle is carried out on the bench and requires appropriate skills.
