There are passive and active (with a built-in amplifier) subwoofers, which are usually installed in the trunk compartment or in the back of the rear seat. The installation of the subwoofer is carried out taking into account the optimal propagation of sound in the passenger compartment and requires quite serious work to prepare the installation site. But some models have a place for the installation of a subwoofer. The most difficult part of installing a subwoofer is the correct wiring and connection to the on-board network, radio and amplifier. After installing the subwoofer in the car, it is adjusted so that the sound reaches the required quality.
