The rear engine mount may be defective in the presence of the following signs: vibration with the engine running, which can also appear on the steering wheel and gearshift lever, knocking sounds and vibration under the hood during a sharp standing start, problems related to shifting gears when using a manual transmission, and visually noticeable motor displacement. In the process of replacement, the case protection is removed, the fasteners from the side of the internal combustion engine are removed, the worn-out rear mount is removed, and a new mount is installed. Installation of the assembly is carried out in the reverse order.
