Replacing pallet gasket
Replacing pallet gasket
Such signs as oil-leak traces on the pallet, oil leaks along the perimeter of the pallet, a decrease in pressure in the oil system and a noticeable decrease in the oil level. To remove the pallet, drain the oil, remove the engine mounts (pillows), unscrew the crankcase mountings and dismantle the pallet together with the gasket. Next, remove the car engine oil pallet gasket and replace it with a new one.
