Robotic gearbox diagnostics
Robotic gearbox diagnostics
Robotic gearbox diagnostics is an inspection of a dual clutch semi-automatic transmission. The reason for robotic gearbox diagnostics may be tapping, scratching noise or vibration when driving, lack of travelling comfort, joggles or jerking, slow switching. The diagnostics involves the verification of the position of discs in all phases of operation, the operating temperature, the position and wear of the guide bars, the degree of guide bar deformation and the coefficient of adhesion. The computer diagnostics allows an expert to read information about the operation of the gearbox and to rectify failures; more complex cases require disassembly of the robotic gearbox and repair of individual units and transmission parts.
