Engine control unit repair
Engine control unit repair
The engine cannot be started if an automotive control unit has failed. The major reasons for the control unit to fail are associated with problems with the electrical circuit or electronics. The algorithm for repairing an electrical circuit includes finding a breakdown and eliminating it with the help of a special tool. Electronics repairs include: reflashing control units, diagnosing sensor health, reprogramming the ECU, testing the ABS/ESP system, restoring the infinitely variable transmission (IVT) and automatic transmission ECU.
