Turbine replacement
A turbine failure is indicated by such signs as black, gray or blue color of exhaust gases, noise and engine overheating, an increase in fuel and oil consumption, and a reduced thrust. Before replacing the turbine, thoroughly wash the engine, with the oil drained, from its residues; disconnect the breather; remove the tubes for the intake and removal of oil from the turbine; remove and clean air pipes; remove the intercooler; extract the damaged turbine. After dismantling, proceed with the installation of a new turbine: install an oil filter, pour clean oil; install an intercooler and elements, install a new turbocharger, connect the oil drain pipe from the turbocharger; fill the turbine with oil; connect the oil supply pipe to the turbine, connect a new air filter, fix the necessary pipes, start the engine at idle speed and check that there are no leaks.
