The side windows need to be replaced if their surfaces show signs of wear or if the glass is mechanically damaged beyond repair. The side windows have a complex shape, which somewhat complicates dismantling and installation, but the general procedure is as follows: remove the panel and door trim, remove the power window control knob, disconnect the window mechanism drive, remove the replaced glass. Install a new glass in the grooves, check the mobility, adjust the power window and install the door.
