Your company page on Autoboom: it used to be a directory listing, now it's a landing page
We've completely rewritten the company-page template around the way people search today. You get your own SEO titles and copy built for your search queries, a services block, prices, an FAQ, a gallery and a mobile version designed around one thing: the call. No separate website to build, no domain to buy, nothing to pay for development or hosting.
First, why we did this
The old page did one job: help someone who already knows your business by name find your phone number and address. A simple card was enough for that. But there aren't many customers who know you "by name," and they call you with or without us.
The real money sits elsewhere. Most of the traffic isn't looking for a company, it's looking for a service: "car polishing Ashkelon," "automatic transmission repair Haifa," "body repair Rishon LeZion." That person hasn't chosen a shop yet. They'll go wherever Google's results point them. The old card never took part in those results – it had nothing to tell the search engine except your contact details.
The new template is built for one specific job: getting your company found by the service you offer.
One page, one query
Title, Description, H1, every H2 and the body text are set up individually for each company. The key change: your page no longer has to be called "Such-and-Such Auto Service" and fight for "auto services in Israel," a query you'll never win. It's tuned for "automatic transmission repair in Haifa" – a narrow query, with competition you can actually take in at a glance, entered by someone already ready to pay.
Every city and every service gets its own setup. We don't drop your company name into a shared template – the copy is written around the work you actually do.
Now everyone asks ChatGPT
More and more people don't "google," they ask: "Where in Haifa do they properly repair automatic transmissions?" "How much does detailing cost in Ashkelon?" The question goes to ChatGPT, to Gemini, or to the AI answer at the top of Google's results. And the answer doesn't come back as ten links to choose from – it names just two or three businesses.
No one can promise you a spot in an AI answer. The models decide what to use on their own, and they decide anew every time. But one thing is certain: they can only name what they were able to read and understand. Autoboom's pages are open to AI crawlers and marked up so the machine has something to take: services, city, prices, questions and answers.
That's why services, prices and the FAQ are no longer "extra" blocks. You can't quote a bare page with a phone number – there's nothing to pull from it, because the information is minimal. And "top quality and a personal approach" means nothing to a machine: it takes facts, not adjectives.
No one has guarantees. There's only the difference between those who have a chance and those who have none at all.
Key services, up top
A visitor – your future customer – decides in a few seconds whether they've landed in the right place, and chooses accordingly. That's why key services now sit in their own block up top. The answer to "do you even do this?" comes right away, not after scrolling through the gallery.
Prices
We know this one's debatable – at least half of all shops would rather not show prices. The argument against is clear: the work is complex, every car is different, and a "from" price can mislead.
But look at it from the caller's side. Someone who sees "polishing from ₪X" calls straight away to book. Someone who doesn't see a price calls to ask for it – and may well back out once they hear it. And a sizeable share of potential customers don't call at all; they go to whoever listed a figure. A "from" price (with the obvious caveat) filters out not customers, but people who were never going to buy anyway.
Whether to show prices is your call. What matters is that now you have the option.
FAQ
There's now a section answering common questions. It works on two fronts. For the customer, it clears objections before the call. For the search engine, it provides exactly what it likes: concrete answers to concrete questions. People typically search things like "how long does ceramic coating last," "can a rusted sill be welded," "how often to change CVT fluid." A query like that brings in a future customer who won't order today, but maybe in two weeks. That's not junk traffic – it's a real customer at an early stage of choosing. And they'll go to whoever answered their question.
Photos
The photo gallery has been redone so your equipment, your people and your results are visible right away. Automotive services sell on trust, and online, trust is built on real photos – of your workshop, your lift, your paint booth – not on the words "top quality."
Phone in hand
85% of Autoboom visitors come from a phone. Not "most" and not "a large share" – eight and a half people out of ten. Your customer is standing by their car, looking at leaking coolant or a smashed bumper, already searching for you one-handed.
That's why the new mobile-first template was rebuilt from the ground up: a shorter path to the call button, every block readable, fast loading. Every extra screen of scrolling is a lost enquiry. And for those who do have a website: open it on your phone, honestly, through the eyes of someone in a hurry. That usually settles the question.
Why not to put this off
Three reasons:
- First: Google is a queue, not a list. For "detailing in Ashkelon," only a handful of links make the first screen, not fifty. The spot goes to whoever set their page up earlier. Pushing out a competitor who's been gathering behavioural signals for a year is slower and more expensive than taking a free spot first.
- Second: rankings build over weeks. A page set up today won't bring calls tomorrow. Which leads to a simple conclusion: "I'll think about it at the end of the season" means "I'll start getting calls in the next one."
- Third: the setup is done by hand. We write the titles, the copy and the FAQ for your city and your services – editor's work, not a checkbox in an admin panel. Companies are taken on one at a time.
