Car Check Just Got More Accurate: Tow Hitch and Disabled Badge
We have added two new sections to the vehicle inspection report to help you avoid costly mistakes when buying and using a car. 👉 Both sections are currently available for free.
✅ New section: **Tow Bar**
The Autoboom report now includes detailed tow bar information:
- whether a tow bar is installed or not
- tow bar type: detachable or fixed
- option to install a tow bar if not present
- maximum allowed trailer weight (with and without brakes)
- construction type: European or American standard
Why is this useful?
You will know in advance whether the car is suitable for towing a trailer, boat, caravan, or transporting goods.
This helps you:
- avoid damage and overloading
- avoid fines
- avoid insurance issues
- avoid overpaying for the wrong vehicle
You buy a car knowing exactly which loads are allowed and which trailer you can use.
♿ New section: Disabled Parking Permit (Tag Nache)
Autoboom now checks not only if a disabled parking permit exists, but also:
what type of permit was issued:
- for wheelchair users
- for non-wheelchair users
Why is this important?
If a vehicle was previously registered to a person with a disability, it is important to make sure that:
- all benefits and special notes are cleared
- there are no sale restrictions
- no financial obligations remain
- registration details are updated
- any technical modifications (if any) are legal
This protects you from re-registration issues, fines, and legal risks.
