The Chinese car brand Wey is a premium brand of the automotive giant Great Wall, developed relatively recently. Unlike most Chinese novelties, Wey is available with a gasoline or hybrid engine, allowing it to compete on par with European and Japanese brands.

The Chinese crossover, designed by European designers, impresses with a 2-liter engine and a 7-speed robotic gearbox, accelerating in 6.5 seconds to 100 km/h, a top rear-view camera that transmits images to internal mirrors. Despite its front-wheel drive, the car has a high ground clearance and good off-road capabilities. The car boasts a large fuel tank, allowing it to cover long distances without refueling, a spacious cabin, and an expanded trunk that can be extended, if necessary, due to foldable seats. With all its advantages, Wey will consume a standard 8 liters per 100 km.

The interior finish of Wey somewhat resembles German luxury cars. It is very practical, yet at the same time, it draws attention: there's a combination of different materials in the cabin design and color transitions. But most importantly: the cost of Wey is much lower than its European "premium" competitors. This is why the brand's cars are quickly gaining popularity.
