Clutch replacement
It may be required to replace the clutch if you notice the following symptoms: the appearance of jerks and bumps when you try to take off smoothly; the presence of noise when turning on/off the clutch disc; the pedal sinks when pressed; fluid leaking from the clutch hydraulic drive. The general procedure for replacing the clutch is slightly different for front and rear wheel drive vehicles. For the front-wheel drive vehicles, remove the drive shafts, after which disconnect the cables and the input shaft of the gearbox from the bearing to the internal combustion engine. For the rear-wheel drive vehicles, dismantle the clutch connecting the gearbox to the cardan shaft. After the clutch cover mounts have been removed, remove all the clutch elements from the flywheel and dismantle the entire assembly. After dismantling, install a new clutch.
