It may be required to repair the compressor in the presence of the following signs: hum and humming sound in the engine compartment with the engine running and the air conditioning system turned off, as well as non-initiating of the electromagnetic clutch when the voltage is correctly applied. To repair the compressor, all tubes and wires are disconnected, the compressor itself is removed, the pressure clutch is removed, the housing is disassembled and the cylinder block is separated, the valve group and the piston group are removed. During the repair, all elements are washed, and if they are worn out, they are replaced, rubber gaskets are also replaced. After assembly, a lubricant is poured into the compressor.
