The shock absorbers may be damaged in the presence of the following signs: body swaying, problematic driving, skidding and poor turning stability, increased sensitivity to pits and potholes. The procedure for replacing the front shock absorber can be as follows: remove the front wheels, dismantle the brake fluid supply hoses, remove the mountings of the struts, the spring and the faulty shock absorber, after which replace it with a new one.
