Engine flushing

The engine flushing is recommended when changing the brand, type or viscosity of engine oil. It may also be necessary to flush the engine if low-quality fuel, oil or antifreeze has entered the engine. If an engine has undergone repairs, during which the cylinder head cover was removed, it is also recommended to flush it. The standard engine flushing procedure includes several stages: draining the used oil, pouring the flushing oil into the engine, starting the engine and its idle operation for up to 15 minutes. The procedure ends with the following steps: turning off the engine, draining the flushing oil from the internal combustion engine, replacing the oil filter and pouring the fresh oil.
