Hood replacement
The hood is an element of the car body that is highly susceptible to damage due to environmental influences and mechanical damage. So, it is not surprising that it may often need to be removed and replaced. To remove the hood that needs to be replaced, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. After that, clean the hinges and disconnect the electronic hood lock (if any). It is recommended to remove the hood first by loosening the front hinges and then the rear ones. After removing the fasteners, raise the hood. Installation of a new hood is carried out in the reverse order.
