The brand's name is an abbreviation that stands for "Adding Intelligence To an Auto". Aito plans to produce intelligent vehicles, taking into account Huawei's "more than 30 years of experience in the electronics industry." The Chinese IT giant is responsible for the hardware and software of the joint brand's vehicles, as well as the supply of electric motors and other components.
