Alpina B8 – overview

The Alpina B8 is a small-scale passenger car created by the German automaker Alpina Burkard Bovensiepen on the basis of the BMW 3 Series (E36). It was produced from 1979 to 1998. There were two generations. It was offered in sedan, estate, coupe and convertible bodies. The car was a premium version of the BMW 3 Series with more powerful engines with over 330 hp. In total, 221 units were produced during the production period.
