DB9

Aston Martin DB9 generations

The Aston Martin DB9 is a series of sports coupes and convertibles produced from 2003 to 2016. The DB9 was the first Aston Martin to be built at the company's new factory in Gaydon in Warwickshire, and the first to be based on the VH (Vertical/Horizontal) Platform. The "vertical-horizontal platform" provides a special lightness and rigidity of the body structure. The new sports car was equipped with four seats, but the rear seats were "truncated". The doors opened up 12 degrees. The interior was an example of a successful combination of tradition and modernity. The car featured a V12 engine.
