Bentley Continental – overview
The Bentley Continental is a coupe with a very rich history that dates back to the 1950s. Back then such a name was given to only special models that featured more powerful engines and light bodies. Produced in 1984-2002, the modern series was developed under the guidance of Rolls-Royce engineers. The model was intended for long-distance trips at high speeds on country roads, which, apparently, was a common activity for residents of continental Europe. The car turned out to be light, fast, maneuverable and high-performance. Great attention was paid to comfort. In 2003, such a glorious concept was revived in the new Continental GT.
