Cadillac DTS generations

The full-size luxury sedan, Cadillac DTS, has replaced the once popular DeVille, so its name can be deciphered as "DeVille Touring Sedan". The luxury sedan was introduced in 2005. Its production facility was located in Michigan. The car with a length of 5.27 meters had front-wheel drive and was equipped with a 4.6-liter V8 engine with a capacity of 279 or 297 hp. A longer armored version was used as the car for the American president. In 2011, the DTS stopped being produced and was replaced by the XTS model.
