Chevrolet Equinox EV – overview
Introducing the Chevrolet Equinox EV – a fully electric compact crossover by Chevrolet, unveiled in 2022. It will be manufactured at the same Mexican plant that produces the gasoline-powered Chevrolet Equinox. Sales are set to begin in the fall of 2023, with the top-of-the-line 2RS version hitting the market first, followed by other versions in spring 2024. The company promises that the new Equinox EV will become one of the most affordable electric crossovers, or at least the least expensive in Chevrolet's emerging electric vehicle lineup, which already includes the Chevrolet Silverado EV and Blazer EV.
