The Citroën ZX is a 3- or 5-door C-segment hatchback manufactured by Citroën since 1991, and an estate appeared in the model range two years later. Despite an affordable cost, the car boasted good equipment for those years and high demand. Until 1998, when the ZX left the European market, giving way to the Xsara hatchback, 2.1 million cars were produced. In 1992, this model started being assembled as Citroën Fukang in China, where using the French source, the manufacturers developed the Citroën C-Elysée and several Chinese cars, such as Lifan Breeze, SMA Maple or Dongfeng Fengshen S30.
