City Transformer is an Israeli automotive startup founded in 2014 by Dr. Asaf Formoza. The company's sole product is a unique electric vehicle offering an innovative solution for parking on narrow, congested streets of large cities. Its public premiere took place in 2018 at the "Innovation Week" exhibition in Tel Aviv, where the vehicle arrived directly via a passenger elevator. The City Transformer 1 is equipped with a folding chassis, allowing it to park almost anywhere: it can reduce its width from the size of a normal car (in driving mode) to the size of a motorcycle (in parking mode).
