Ford Custom – overview
The Ford Custom is a successful middle-class model produced from 1949 to 1955. In the post-war period, the "Custom" nameplate meant the top-end configurations of Ford cars. The car, which had a wheelbase of 2.85 m and a body length of 4.92 m, was offered in 2 or 4-door sedan, coupe and estate bodies. There were two engines: 3.5-liter 6-cylinder and 4-liter V8 units. A total of 402 thousand units were produced.
