Great Wall Hover H3 – overview
The Great Wall Hover 3 is a real classic body-on-frame 5-seater SUV produced between 2010 and 2016. It had an impressive ground clearance of 240 mm. The vehicle was based on a ladder-type frame made of high-strength steels. The SUV featured a front double wishbone independent suspension with anti-roll bar and a rear solid axle suspension with helical springs. Plus, there were hydraulic telescopic shock absorbers. The vehicle featured a licensed Mitsubishi gasoline engine with 149 hp paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The model had a part-time 4WD. By default, the drive wheels were rear, however, it was possible to rigidly connect the front axle for off-road conditions.
