Hispano Suiza, a Spanish-Swiss company founded in 1904, is famous for its luxury executive models. The Hispano Suiza brand’s glory days were in the 1910-30s of the 20th century but after the Second World War it disappeared. Today, we can hope for the rebirth of the Hispano Suiza brand. Miguel Suquet Mateu, a great-grandson of one of the founders, presented a sports electric car in Geneva in 2019. Today’s Hispano Suiza headed by Miguel is based in its historical homeland, Barcelona, where it intends to manufacture cars with the support of Grup Peralada.
