JAC M1 (Refine) – overview
The JAC M1 (Refine) is a mid-size minivan or light commercial van based on the Hyundai Starex, produced under license since 2006. The first generation models were equipped with 2.0 or 2.4-liter gasoline engines and a manual gearbox, as well as a 2.8-liter diesel engine. In 2012, the manufacturer released the second generation M5. It was equipped with several gasoline engines, including turbocharged ones, and a diesel engine, paired with automatic, manual or robotic transmissions.
