The former produces robotic vacuum cleaners and other home appliances, while the latter is an IT giant known for its gadgets. Together, they decided to create their own car company, Rox Motor, which will produce models under the Jishi brand. The first model of the new brand is the Jishi 01 SUV. The car will be assembled at the facilities of the automaker BAIC. The production car will be available in November 2023.
