Karma (Karma or Karma Automotive) is an American-Chinese automobile manufacturer that produces luxury sports cars with hybrid or electric powertrains. The brand's most famous car, the Karma Revero sequential hybrid supercar, won the Green Car Journal's 2018 Luxury Green Car of the Year award. The American company headquartered in Irvine (California, USA) belongs to the Chinese manufacturer of automotive components Wanxiang. The brand’s models are presented in the markets of the USA and Canada, but will soon appear in Europe and the Middle East. The company has big plans to expand the model range. Moreover, Karma offers other automakers a ready-made E-Flex hybrid modular platform: a BMW turbocharged gasoline engine is installed in front, while two electric motors are mounted on the rear axle.
