Flaminia

Lancia Flaminia generations

The Lancia Flaminia is Lancia's flagship model produced from 1957 to 1970. It was named after the Via Flaminia, the road that connected Rome with the small resort town of Rimini. The car was available in sedan, coupe and convertible bodies, and the last two were designed by prestigious Italian design studios. Moreover, Pininfarina transformed the Flaminia into a longer "presidential" limousine for official state occasions. For 13 years, 12,600 units have been produced. Interestingly, the coupe sold better than the sedan, despite the higher cost.
