Lordstown Motors Corporation is an American electric vehicle manufacturer located in Lordstown, Ohio. The company is based in an assembly plant formerly owned by General Motors. The company's only creation, an electric pickup with an appropriate name Endurance, has come a long and thorny path from concept to production model: first introduced in 2017, it's not only in 2020 that it acquired a more or less marketable condition of a pre-production sample. In 2021, it had serious problems during the first test drive and was completely destroyed, and it was not until 2022 that it finally reached mass production.
