Mazda Cronos – overview

The Mazda Cronos sedan was produced from 1991 to 1995 and was intended only for the Japanese market. In other countries it is known as the Mazda 626. The name comes from the name of the god of time in ancient Greek mythology. The Mazda Cronos belonged to the 2-liter sedan class, but its body was not so compact, as the width was as much as 1,770 mm. The car was equipped with gasoline and diesel engines, manual or automatic transmissions, front or all-wheel drive systems.
