Mercedes EQE – overview
The Mercedes-Benz EQE is a 4-door, 5-seater E-segment electric sedan produced since 2022. It was unveiled at the 2021 Munich Auto Show. The new electric car will be produced at the plant in Bremen (for the world market) and in Beijing (for China). The start of sales is scheduled for mid-2022. The cost of new cars, which will become an alternative to the usual E-Class models, is still unknown. But one thing is sure that the new Mercedes-Benz EQE sedan will become an affordable replacement for the flagship EQS electric liftback. Yes, it is slightly smaller, but it is built on the same technical platform, and its cost will undoubtedly be lower compared to the EQS.
