MG 7 - a premium sedan, originally created by British manufacturer MG Motor based on the MG ZT and Rover 75 models, built on the old BMW platform. Manufactured by the Chinese company Nanjing Automobile from 2007 to 2013. In 2022, the MG brand, now owned by the Chinese company SAIC, revived the MG 7 in the form of a large flagship fastback. The new generation received an SAIC development platform. The fastback will become the first in the Black Series lineup with black badges, and its exterior will feature references to the Cyberster roadster. The car will be positioned not as a premium, but as a sporty vehicle.
