MINI Countryman – overview
The MINI Countryman is a 5-door, 5-seater luxury compact SUV produced since 2010 under the MINI brand owned by BMW. There are front- or all-wheel drive versions. The Countryman is the first SUV and the first MINI vehicle with a 5-door body, released under the auspices of BMW. Interestingly, the expert community didn’t agree on the compact status of the Countryman, declaring that it was a large vehicle, which didn’t affect its popularity. Thus, in the 2010s, the Countryman vehicles became the brand’s bestselling models.
