Mitsubishi Libero – overview
The Mitsubishi Libero is a compact estate based on the Mitsubishi Lancer. It was produced since 1992. The model had front or permanent four-wheel drive with a center differential and was equipped with a 1.8-liter gasoline engine or a 2-liter turbocharged diesel unit. Later, the manufacturer introduced a GT modification with a turbocharged engine producing 215 hp. Since 1997, the range has been supplemented by the Green Field “off-road” modification. The car was restyled once and was produced until 2002.
