Nissan Auster generations
The Nissan Auster is the name used for the third generation Nissan Stanza, produced in Japan from 1985 to 1990. It also bore the name Nissan Violet or Bluebird. There were sedan and 5-door hatchback versions. It was sold under various names in Japan, the United States and Europe. The American version was equipped with a weak 2-liter engine, but there were also turbocharged Supremo and Auster XTT models. In the future, the car was gradually replaced by the Sunny and Pulsar models.
