Kix (Japan)

Nissan Kix (Japan) generations

The Nissan Kix is a copy of the Mitsubishi Pajero Mini, an SUV with plug-in all-wheel drive and a low range. It was produced from 2008 to 2012. The model was based on the second generation Pajero Mini and differed from it in some exterior and interior elements. The name "KIX" is derived from the word "Kicks" (a slang word for pleasure and enthusiasm) and the letter "X" (an unknown number). The vehicle featured manual and automatic transmissions and a 64 hp turbocharged engine. The SUV offered excellent handling, city driving and off-road performance characteristics.
