Porsche 911 Dakar – overview
The Porsche 911 Dakar - a raised coupe with a heightened ground clearance and re-tuned suspension - made its debut in Los Angeles in November 2022. Dedicated to the 1984 Dakar Rally winner, the car is equipped with protective plastic cladding, steel grilles in the front air intakes, underbody protection, and towing eyelets, just like rally racecars. The 3-liter turbocharged engine produces 480 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed PDK automated transmission and all-wheel drive. The reincarnation of the Dakar winner will hit the market in Spring 2023.
