Porsche 911 GT3 RS – overview
The Porsche 911 GT3 RS, a track-oriented version of the 911 GT3 coupe, was released in August 2022. The RS suffix stands for "Rennsportwagen," which means "racing car." Designed for track days and club racing, but also street-legal, this car boasts a more powerful engine, a refined chassis, and improved aerodynamics. Moreover, the RS version is heavier but faster than the current GT3. The new racing Porsche demonstrated an outstanding lap time at the Nürburgring, narrowly missing the top spot in the overall standings, and this performance was achieved with a completely stock car!
