The Porsche Cayenne is a 5-seater mid-size sports SUV designed for public roads, produced since 2002. It was created with VAG’s active participation. According to the official version, the name "Cayenne" comes from the name of the capital of French Guiana (Guyane française), the largest overseas department of France, located in the north-east of South America with the capital, called Cayenne. And according to the unofficial version, cayenne is a hot red capsicum. This SUV is associated with two words: speed and prestige.
