Renault 18 – overview
The Renault 18 is a large family car produced by Renault from 1978 to 1989. It was the first “world car” of the French brand. In fact, it was a slightly modernized and improved popular Renault 12. But it was better assembled, had a more elegant design, and featured powerful 2-liter engines. According to the manufacturer, the Renault 18 was the most ordinary car. A total of over 2 million units were sold.
