Renault Rafale – overview
The Renault Rafale is a coupé-like version of the Renault Austral crossover, representing the flagship and most prestigious model in Renault's lineup, which has been in production since June 2023. The crossover-coupé acquired its name in honor of the sports aircraft that the Caudron-Renault division produced in 1934: in French, "Rafale" translates to "gusty wind". This mid-sized vehicle, measuring 4.7 meters in length, is built on the CMF-CD platform and equipped with E-Tech hybrid power units.
