SsangYong Torres – overview
The SsangYong Torres is a new budget crossover introduced in June 2022. This mid-sized model stretches around 4.6 meters long, built on a platform featuring a transversely mounted engine, and boasts a revolutionary exterior and interior design. Under the hood lies a 1.5 T-GDi turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engine, producing 170 horsepower and complemented by a starter-generator. The transmission is a six-speed Aisin automatic. As an option, an all-wheel drive system with a rear axle coupling is available.
