Up until 1919, Talbot sports cars were a racetrack slayer. The Franco-British carmaker Talbot established in 1902 is famous not only for its sports cars but also for numerous changes of owners. Despite this, the cars of the brand were manufactured until 1992 when all rights to Talbot were transferred to French PSA. In the 2010s, the Peugeot-Citroèn Alliance announced its intention to revive the Talbot brand and launch low-cost cars. By the way, Talbot 14/65 BTT, a unique car with a wooden body released in 1932, was priced at 30 thousand pounds at the British Brooklands auction.
