Toyota Corona EXiV - catalog and technical specifications
The Toyota Corona EXiV is a large family-class 4-door hardtop. It appeared simultaneously with the Toyota Carina ED and Celica and had modifications similar to them. The car received a more dynamic character compared to the standard Corona, as the units were borrowed from the Celica sports coupe. The first generation model was equipped with front-wheel drive and two types of gasoline engines with a volume of 1.8 and 2 liters. The model was known for the world's first implemented 4WS system, comprising a fully controlled chassis with a choice between sports and standard modes.
